Liversage Trust is Derby’s oldest Charity and provides a variety of rented housing for people living in Derby aged 60 years and above. We currently have a vacancy on our historic Grade II listed London Road site.

This one bedroom gas centrally heated house, set in beautiful communal gardens is a stone’s throw from the city centre and is ideal for the active older person.  Residents have the option of a free emergency lifeline system and other support services. There is no parking provision.

Applications are welcome from people over the age of 60 already living within the City of Derby and who are in need of affordable rented accommodation.
